Having caught the eye in pre-season with the senior team last year, Callum Perry had to content himself with youth-team football due to the high barrier for entry to the Coventry City first-team. A left-footed centre-back who’s adept on the ball, Perry helped Rochdale to promotion from the National League last season, which saw him earn a move on loan to League One with Cambridge United this year as one of their first-choice centre-backs.
